As I've said before: What's a trip to The Cheesecake Factory without ordering cheesecake?!?!? Last time I was here I was unable to stomach anymore food, depriving myself of dessert. So to make up for it I made sure to come hungry...and I mean HUNGRY.

I sized up the cheesecake display and reviewed my options, making sure NOT to order one that I have had already. I searched and searched and finally found a cheesecake that I had not only never ordered, but a slice that I had never seen on their menu before. I was quite exited with my discovery, and was even able to surprise the waitress when I mentioned it.

Pineapple Upside-Down Cheesecake: Cheesecake slice topped off with pineapple, whipped cream, and a cherry.
