Joe Flanigan a.k.a. Big Daddy, started up Flanigan's back in 1959. He was inspired in the first place because he wanted a place to hang out with his friends, his intentions worked out perfectly, so perfect that it's purpose is still in effect 50 years later.

For dinner I was feeling meaty, and it's been about a year since the last time I went to Flanigan's. They have a wonderful menu, and it is not limited to their specialty: seafood. Even though fish are the restaurant's niche I still went with my craving.

Caesar Burger: If you like Caesar salad and you like hamburgers, you have just found the culinary answer to "one stop shopping"! An outrageous combination featuring romaine lettuce, shredded parmesan cheese, bacon bits, and a sharp Caesar dressing, along with our award winning burger. Served with a side of dirty rice.

So similar to a caesar salad that it even had croutons.
