Class of 2009!

My graduation ceremony was today! I was sweating bullets on the drive over to the BankUnited Center at the University of Miami. Once the principal handed me my fake diploma I felt a wave of relief. I'm glad its all over with, now I can exit my life as a child and enter the world as a young adult.

Sitting around for five hours plus skipping a proper lunch equaled disaster, I was hungry. Thank goodness that my mom's boss, owner and founder of Thomas J. Herzfeld & Co., invited my family and I to celebrate my achievement. He told us to meet him and his family at Two Chef's Restaurant, a great place for European cuisine.

Barbequed Meatloaf: Meatloaf with black bean bbq sauce, prosciutto wrapped asparagus, and topped with mushroom stew.

Delicious!
