My first time experience at Two Chef's Restaurant was incredible. The food was not only prepared in an aesthetically pleasing manner but was also delivered fresh from the kitchen. This place is so good that cooking classes are offered; maybe over the summer I'll take the time to prepare my own dish for the Food Blog.

Desert was no hassle, the waiter asked while we were still ordering the meals if we would like a soufflé prepared for us. I of course couldn't resist the temptation, the word "soufflé" itself was a bit foreign to me already.

Mixed Berry Soufflé: A light, fluffy, baked dish made with egg yolks and beaten egg whites combined with mixed berries. Served with crème Anglaise and chocolate sauce.

I'd like to conclude this entry with the most sincerest "Thank You". My graduation was not only about me moving onto another level, but it was about the people who helped me get through that process and the ones who believed in me. Once again I say "Thank You" and I am honored to have been a factor in their lives.

My first soufflé...only an 8.5. The opportunity to to be with family and friends 10/10.
