Food Blog Entry #25

6/10

Sitting at home all day gets boring, so to stretch my legs a little I drove over to Dadeland Mall. I had n intention of buying anything on this trip but the mall is a great way to escape the house, meet people, and browse around for useless junk.

After about an hour and a half of walking my stomach started to rumble. I spotted the food court and viewed my options. One place stood out a little more than the others with a freaky name, Mr. Kibeh. I read the sign more and found out that they serve Mediterranean food.

Gyro Wrap: Pita wrap stuffed with gyro, lettuce, tomatoes, and cilantro. Served with a side of salad dressing.

Baklava: A pastry made of layers of phyllo dough filled with chopped nuts and sweetened with syrup.

Gyro, pronounced "year-o", has to be one of the best tasting meats; unfortunately the food court is not the place to get this delicacy.
