John Offerdahl is an American former professional football player who played his entire eight year career with the Miami Dolphins from 1986 to 1993. After his football career he and his wife, Lynn Offerdahl, opened up their own business: Offerdahl's Café Grill.

One of these grills is located near my former high school. I thought it was a good idea to go there today because they serve healthy, freshly made food in good portions. This makes it a better choice for fast-food than most fast food restaurants.

Very Vegan Sandwich: Hummus, romaine, cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes, sprouts, sunflower seeds; all in a whole wheat baguette.

Oatmeal Raisin Cookie: A cookie made from oatmeal with raisins in it.
