7/10Tonight was a special night...my mom came back from her business trip!! To celebrate we went to Capri, an Italian restaurant in Florida City; about a 25 minute drive from where I live.
Italian places usually serve three course meals, providing either a soup or salad before the actual meal. Today I went with a soup, but not just any kind! This soup was dedicated to one of Jimmy Buffet's popular songs. Maybe you can figure out which song this is.
Cheeseburger-In-Paradise Soup: Everything that's in a cheeseburger...but in a soup! Except the bun.
This had to have been the most liquefied cheeseburger I've ever had.
