As I said before, Italian restaurants, like Capri, usually serve three course meals: appetizer, the meal, and a dessert.
So I asked for the dessert menu after eating my ostrich. It looked pretty normal, so I ordered a pretty normal dessert.
Tiramisu: Lady finger biscuits dipped in espresso and layered with a whipped mixture of egg yolks, mascarpone, and sugar, and topped with cocoa.
I've had better.
