Most people will be celebrating Father's Day on June 21, but not me. My dad has to go to Washington D.C. for the next month to monitor my mom's new house. She plans to move with me in August when school starts. My mom thought it would be a good idea to have someone she trusts to watch the construction done to the house, and my dad was first in line; plus he needs something to do.

In order to show how much I care for my dad I decided to invite him to Offerdahl's Cafe Grill for dinner.

Cran Apple Walnut Salad: Romaine, mixed greens, red onions, apple slices, cranraisins, candied walnuts, bleu cheese, and cranberry vinaigrette.

Summerberry Stack: A cake slice with lemon cream, white chocolate, blueberries and strawberries cooked right inside.
