Today my mom thought it would be a great idea to go out for dinner. We hopped in the car and drove over to a local restaurant, but to our surprise the place was packed. In order to get a dinner we would have had to wait 30-40 minutes for our table, then wait until the food was prepared and served to us...in other words we might have had to wait over an hour. Not cool.

Instead we walked next door to Denny's. Their menu is quite impressive, I'll admit I must have read every selection's description. Eventually I decided to have a breakfast...for dinner!

Prime Rib Premium Sizzlin' Breakfast Skillet: Juicy prime rib, scrambled eggs, hash browns, fire-roasted peppers and onions. Served with warm tortillas, freshly made pico de gallo and sour cream.

Did I ever tell you how much I LOVE breakfast.
