In order for societies to function they need entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs start up businesses, whether they are just a small family business or a giant corporation, either way they are vital for progress. Although a majority of people go to corporate owned places to eat there are still small businesses that are trying to create a name for themselves.

Pithaya Cafe is an example of one of these small businesses. Only one Pithaya Cafe exists so far, and it is right next to the Publix near my house. There never seems to be anybody eating there, but their food tastes better than most places I go to. Due to this experience I'm going to dine out at more of these small places, because their both good and cheaper.

Mango Chicken Wrap: Grilled chicken, mozerella cheese, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, and mango sauce wrapped in a gourmet plain tortilla.

Give these places a shot.
