Just like yesterday I was prevented from going to the Nordstrom Bistro Cafe, this time by a three mile long line of cars; in other words: traffic. The second I hit 117th and 88th I made a quick U-turn and bounced over to The Original Pancake House.

Not that I'm against pancakes or anything, but I needed a break from those fluffy circles of floury goodness. Instead I went with one of their specialties!

Spinach Benedict: Toasted English muffin with fresh spinach, mushrooms, onions and melted cheddar topped with two pouched eggs and our house Hallandaise.
