Such a healthy day. First I spent a good two hours at the gym, doing both cardiovascular exercises and muscular exercises. Then I ate a salad for lunch. And finally made a one hour walk to my mom's office...to surprise her of course!
All day I've been on a roll, so why stop now? So when my mom suggested eating at Whole Foods Market I was on board.
Basmati Saffron Rice: Basmati rice.
Cauliflower Gratin: Cauliflowers, milk, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, onions, paprika, red spice, white spice, and cheddar cheese.
Green Bean Casserole: Green beans, onions, Monterrey jack pepper cheese, mushrooms, Parmesan cheese, Lima beans, and tomatoes.
Pecan Tart: Butter pecans on top of a tart.
Healthy dinner, just what I was going for.
