A one hour drive to IKEA, an hour and a half walking around IKEA, four hours shopping at Sawgrass Mills, and then another hour long drive back home. And the day was not over, so I thought.

Today happend to be Father's Day, so naturally I invited my dad out for dinner. Strange thing though...my dad declined the invitation, due to the possibility of waiting for a table. My dad may have turned me down, but that didn't stop me from going to On The Border for an incredible dinner.

Avocado With Red Chile Pesto Grilled Enchilada: Fresh sliced avocado, sauteed bell peppers & red onions, zesty chipotle sauce, and cheddar & pepper Jack cheeses. Served with black beans and rice.

Happy Father's Day...not.
