Experts say that performing at LEAST 20 minutes straight of cardiovascular exercise daily is necessary for proper health. I on the other hand do about one hour while at the gym plus another 45 minutes later in the day. The only problem about the second exercise is the boredom, for that reason I walk to where ever my mom is.
Most days of the week my mom is at her gym when I go for the walk, so that's where I went to meet up with her. Once she exited she was starving (probably because of the workout). So to save her from fainting we went right next door to Casavana, a restaurant with Cuban Cuisine.
Miami Sandwich: Ham, turkey, bacon, lettuce and tomatoes, with Swiss cheese and a touch of mayo on Cuban bread.
Maduros: Plantain. Fried bananas.
Only in Miami!
