At Hispanic restaurants, like Casavana, you'll be able to list the desserts from memory...they always have the same things, but out of curiosity I asked the waitress what desserts they did have. And to my surprise I was right! They did have the same stuff...ehh I don't mind. I just ordered something I had not had in a long time.

Flan Con Queso: Flan Cheesecake.

I like this combination.
