Did you know that the nutritional value of a vegetable is determined by its color? I learned that little fact last year when I attended night school, in order to receive my credit for personal fitness.
For a couple days I had not had enough of my greens, so to compensate I bounced over to Offerdahl's for one of their giant salads. They have a many of salads with multiple ingredients, but I chose the one with the most variety.
Johnny's House Salad: Romaine, garbanzo beans, crasins, feta cheese, cucumber, sprouts, carrots, tomatoes, sunflower seeds, and Mom's vinaigrette dressing.
Peanut Butter Cookie: A cookie with peanut butter chunks baked into it.
Ten ingredients in one salad!
