Finally at the airport! It took a whole hour just to arrive here, and because I did not foresee all the passengers traveling for the holiday weekend I fell victim to everything being backed up. Before we left the house I was hungry and on top of that I had to suffer through traffic, parking, the long walk to the terminal, checking in the bag, and the long line at the Casa De Fresco. In the end I was saved and satisfied with my dinner, but I was more exited about the upcoming flight to Washington D.C.

Mariscada Wrap: A lemon cilantro tortilla stuffed with Caribbean seafood salad made with lobster & crab meat, sweet peppers, red onion, and roasted pepper vinaigrette.

Carrot Cake: A cake with carrots baked right into it.
