9/10While everyone in America is enjoying fireworks I'm stuck inside my mom's new apartment painting. Yes, very unfair indeed. But you want to know what made it even worse? She made me do overtime, so that the apartment be done before we left...I may have agreed to it but my stomach made sure to give me a nice nudge (more like a kick) to remind me it was hungry.
As much as I wanted to go and find a new place to eat I just could not stop thinking about the scrumptious food at
La Madeleine.
Shrimp Crêpe Florentine: Shrimp, tomatoes, garlic, spinach and pesto cream sauce.
Apple Raisin Danish: Apples and raising baked into a round danish.
Lemon Madeleine: Lemon flavored pastry.
This place is just so good!
