I remember it like it was yesterday...my first food blog entry. It was at Romano's Macaroni Grill, I ordered a Pinot Grigio and had a Lemon Passion for dessert. Good times...good times. Now 154 entries later I go back for another splendid meal with my parents. Romano's had a mini-menu with a couple of new recipe's, one immediately catching my eye.
Lobster Spaghetti: Succulent lobster sauteed with imported artisan spaghetti, fresh grape tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, garlic and white wine. Topped with a seared lobster tail.
No way! The lobster was way too small plus it was impossible to extract any meat.
