All week its been so hot, the type of heat that lets you cook an egg on the sidewalk. This intense heat plus humidity of Florida is the best feeling, similar to what Hawaii might be like...since the islands are surrounded by water on all sides and hit directly by the sun's rays. This recollection of Hawaii reminded me of IHOP's limited Hawaiian pancakes.

Tuscan Chicken Griller Sandwich: A juicy, grilled chicken breast with melted provolone cheese, oven roasted tomatoes, romaine lettuce and sun-dried tomato pesto on a grilled Romano-Parmesan bun. Served with a side of french fries.

Strawberry Passion Fruit Pancakes: Creamy cheesecake and passion fruit syrup layered two sweet golden pancakes. Crowned with cool strawberries, creamy whipped topping and a drizzle of passion fruit syrup.

I accidentally bit myself four times, but that didn't stop me from loving every last bite!
