Finally after years of waiting, Robeks Juice restocked on their travel mug inventory! Whenever I ordered a large-sized smoothie (every time) I always made sure to ask the personnel if they could also sell me one of the travel mugs. The mug can hold 32 oz, the size of their large, and if a person brings it back they can save 50 cents on their next order. So I calculated that after seven more visits to Robeks the mug will have paid for itself.

And since I'm a growing boy I needed a little somtin' sumtin' from the neighboring Starbucks Coffee shop.

Lemon Freeze: Raspberry lemonade and pineapple sherbet.

Lowfat Raspberry Sunshine Muffin: A muffin made with lowfat milk and baked with raspberries inside.

I just love an acidic dinner.
