I had mixed feelings about lunch. When I first left the house I was headed straight for Offerdahl's Café Grill, but instead of entering the shopping center I took an early right turn. This sudden change in direction put me on US-1, the main road in Miami. I wasn't driving anywhere in particular, but then again...all I do is drive places I know: There and back. This time I wanted to explore.

The drive must of lasted five to ten minutes until I spotted ANOTHER Offerdahl's. This one is near The Falls. I took my chances and went in, after all I only left the house in the first place to go to Offerdahl's. The first thing I noticed when I entered was the pastries, this Offerdahl's had all the desserts that they advertise on their website...unlike the other one. Also, their blender worked! This Offerdahl's had no limitations of the beverages they could whip up...including the cold one's with whipped cream.

Strawberry Fields Salad: Romain & mixed greens, strawberries, brie cheese, candied almonds, and lemon poppyseed dressing.

Chai Soother: Chai, milk, and ice blended together and topped off with whipped cream.

Much better than the Offerdahl's I used to go to.
