8/10When I arrived at the Nordstrom Ebar I went to the small refrigerator to see what type of salad or sandwiches they had available. They had just finished preparing the salads and were setting them up for display. I selected a salad and proceeded to the register where I ordered an Ice Storm and a coffee cake that was suggested to me by the barista. Then I lifted my salad but the top came right off! I told the register girl that I'd like to exchange my salad, since this one may be contaminated. She let me pick another one...but instead of coming back to pay I went over to where the drinks are handed out. The lady called me back over to pay...I felt so embarassed and apologized about 20 times.
In the end she forgave me, but from now on I need to watch out for these things...I don't ever want to accidentally forget to pay at a restaurant. Don't forget, this is only a small coffee bar...nothing superficial.
Mocha Chip Frappuccino: Coffee, chocolate, chocolate chips, milk, and ice blended together. Topped with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and caramel sauce.
BBQ Chicken Salad: BBQ chicken, organic baby greens, romaine, jack cheese, tomato, avocado, cilantro, and tortilla chips.
Blueberry Coffee Cake: A coffee cake baked with blueberries right inside.
Probably would have tasted the same whether I paid or not...just kidding...ALWAYS PAY.
