Food Blog Entry #218

8/10

It was just one of those rare occasions where I feel the urge to have pasta. I remember going to Bahama Breeze and staring at my mom's meal. She had this plate of bow-tie pasta, which is my favorite. My mom liked the dish so much that she ordered it again...the lighter portion...while I got the same thing, only the regular portion. In addition Bahama Breeze whips up the best alcoholic drinks...only I'm not allowed to have them. So to compensate I asked the waiter to get me one that was virginized.

Pan-Seared Salmon Pasta: Salmon in passion fruit cream sauce with fresh spinach, basil, tomatoes, mushrooms on bow-tie pasta. Served with a side of garlic bread.

Virgin Ulimate Piña Colada: Piña colada mix swirled with strawberry ice and topped with coconut.

Extra virgin, just the way I like it.
