Last week my mom and I invited my two aunts and grandma, from my father's side, to lunch...for my grandma's birthday. Unfortunately, Bonefish Grill wasn't open by that time so we had to go somewhere else...eliminating our chances of using our $50 gift card.

Due to this event I suggested we go to Bone Fish for dinner, to celebrate the fact that my mom bought a brand new ES Lexus! Yep, she pulled it off. Instead of trading in the Volvo, my mom got her 15-year old 4 Runner and received credit towards purchasing the beautiful, clean, and spacious car. It was such a good buy that I wasn't even allowed to drive it!

Imperial Longfin: Royal delicacy pan-seared, baked and stuffed with shrimp, scallops and crab meat. Served with a side of potatoes au gratin.

Sounded much longer when I was reading it.
