I feel so much better! I'm not sure what offset my mood in the first place, but I'm glad to be back to normal. My mom and I didn't do anything special for my birthday, upon my request, but she insisted that we at least go out for dinner. So I decided to go along with the plan...and to prepare my stomach for the future, I was going to have a very light lunch over at Whole Foods Market.

Athenian Club Wrap: Sesame tahini, roasted red peppers, garlic, chives, spinach artichoke heart, beets, and sweet potatoes.

Lemon Bar: A bar with lemon flavor.

Black Cherry Club Soda: Carbonated water with black cherry flavor.

Fast digesting food only...I need to train for my birthday dinner!
