Like I mentioned in the last post "I needed meat", for my IHOP dinner. And I also said, in my last entry, that Gloria (favorite IHOP waitress) picked out a meal that is both smothered with gravy and love.

I'm going to miss Gloria...she's taken care of me for a while now and understands that I'm not coming around as often. I promised her I wouldn't go to IHOP up in Washington D.C. I'll just have to wait until I return to Miami to visit one of my favorite restaurants with the best waitress in town.

Smothered Fried Chicken: Fried chicken with mashed potatoes, carrots, and onions. Then smothered with lots of gravy.

Haven't had fried chicken since I used to eat at KFC. Seems like there's a trend going on here...
