Usually after exercising for about an hour and a half I'm thirsty. So I was surprised when I felt hydrated enough to choose to go to Whole Foods Market instead of a smoothie shop. Whole Foods has a whole bunch of options, but I typically either go with a soup or wrap. I checked out all the soups but didn't find one that intrigued me, so I went with my alternate and picked up a wrap along with something to drink and a little sumtin' sumtin' for dessert.
Lido Beach Club Wrap: Turkey, mozzarella cheese, sun dried tomatoes, and parmesan cheese.
Banana Foster Smoothie: Fat-free chocolate yogurt, peanut butter, bananas, and skim milk.
Bavarian Logger-Filled Doughnut: A rectangular doughnut filled with Bavarian cream.
Turkey is such a good bird to eat.
