Once upon a time I rode the Amtrak. Amtrak is a train that not only transports people but also their cars. The first time I went I was with my aunt, she's afraid of flying...so the train was our only other option. This time we HAD to take the train, even though we prefer airplanes. We had to take it this time though because we had to bring the car along with us plus lots of items from our house back in Miami.

Anyway...the Amtrak charged us a large lump sum, so providing a free dinner was the least they could do for us. The dining cart had limited space, so we had to share a table with another couple...an older married couple by the names Stanley and Irene. The two were very friendly, and had an appetite with them...good because whenever I'm with my mom I feel like I'm the only pig eating.

Grilled Striped Sea Bass: Sea bass grilled and sauteed with a lemon sauce. Served with a side of steamed vegetables and rice.

Trust me, I was surprised that a train crew could cook up such a good looking and tasty meal...while on the move!
