New restaurant! That's right, there are NO Ruby Tuesday's in Miami...at least not close to my house to make me want to go there. So, if you've read the last couple posts you'd know that I'm on a strict lunch diet...which leaves me salivating around 5 PM. To curve my desires I busy myself. Today's activities included building my mom's TV table stand and shopping at Target, all of which left me exhausted at 6:30 PM. Since we saw Ruby Tuesday in the same shopping center as La Madeleine, we decided to try it out. "When in Rome".

Asian Salmon & Shrimp: Grilled Atlantic salmon glazed with a peanut-barbecue sauce to give it a sweet and spicy kick, then topped with sautéed, Cajun seasoned shrimp. Served with fresh, steamed broccoli and brown-rice pilaf with cheese and diced tomatoes.

I ordered this from their specials...and it truly IS special, just look at the score.
